Baked Enrobed Specialties

Double B produces dough-enrobed kolaches and other specialties in a range of entrée, appetizer, and snack sizes.  We will formulate and batch-produce a custom dough (bread, flavored bread, pizza, calzone, empanada, or pastry) to your specifications, and stuff it with a pre-formed or extruded filling, creating a unique signature item.  Our 5-Star Processing System includes a proprietary batch proofing and baking process to assure your product’s consistency and overall quality. 

Double B will bulk pack or individually wrap and package your item appropriately for either a foodservice or retail application.
