New products are born in Double B’s 40,000 square foot innovation center, where our 8 talented chefs and 3 food scientists (including a PhD and MS in Food Science and an MS in Meat Science) will either work independently on your project or in conjunction with your product development team.  Additional Double B expertise is integrated as your new product progresses from ideation and formulation to commercialization, packaging, manufacturing, and logistics, providing a comprehensive, seamless process that will simplify and accelerate your product’s speed to market.
